This series of photographs was taken on 12 August 2014, with the first three showing the top floor of Harbour Mill under construction. Finish this and then there's 6 months of fit out. The fourth photograph is the driveway at the southern end which links the front and back of the property.

Do you know when the apartments will be finished

DeleteAs far as I know, Ceerose does not want to make a firm promise they cannot deliver on, as there are 136 apartments to fit out. If they give an early date, people will make plans to move in, and then may be disappointed and have to find somewhere else to live.
Ceerose will say second quarter 2015, but I'm hoping it's March/April as the external shell is almost complete.
Do you own an apartment in the building? Do you plan to live in it yourself? I'd like to know more about who is reading my blog, since it's received almost 3,000 visits.
HI Elana - I enjoying reading your blog and watching the progress of the buidling. We have bought an apartment on the 10th floor and intend to live in it. We are looking forward to enjoying all the great restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

ReplyDeleteMy Husband and I have bought an apartment on level 7, facing the park and intend to live in it as well. Thank you for your blog, it is very useful! I have sent an email to the developer to find out when we should all receive the next newsletter. I am sure you are aware, there is another new development across Wentworth Park - "Mezzo Apartments" - construction supposed to start in a few months. We are going there this weekend to get floor plans and find out the prices - will be a good benchmark for Harbour Mill. I will inform everyone on what we find out.

Next construction update is due late September/early October. We are having out 'topping out' ceremony today for the completion of the structure, and we are underway with the fit out and façade already.
Construction on track at present, but depending now largely on weather patterns for the coming 12 months.
