It's official!!! Ceerose has sent advice today, Friday 23 October

For any apartment owner, this is one of the milestones we have been waiting for. Letters have been sent to solicitors with expected settlement, inspection and occupation dates.

We look forward to meeting some of you in about a month from now.

  1. Fantastic, thanks again. Are these letters emails or sent by post?

  3. Thanks Elana, our Solicitor hasn't received the letter. We have been off the list for newsletters as well, so a bit concerned. Is there someone I can contact in Ceerose to help me with this?

  5. Hi Elana, thank you for all the information shared and it looks we are so close to finish this journey. I just called my solicitor but she hasn't received anything. Have any one has informed a settlement time?

  6. Hi Everybody, I understand some of you have not yet heard from Ceerose. They told me they had to send 136 emails so some will be later than others. I'm sure it will be fine but in case they have not got your contact details, the person handling it is Jason on 95719999.

  7. This is what the email says (in part). My interpretation is that the Occupancy Certificate will be available on about 6 November and settlement must be within two weeks of that. But check with your solicitors.

"We anticipate that the strata plan will be registered in approximately 3 weeks.

We also note that we anticipate obtaining an interim or final occupation certificate within 2 weeks from the date of this letter. We shall provide you that as soon as it is available. In this regard, we anticipate completion of the building works within 2 weeks from the date of this letter. A final occupation certificate will be provided prior to settlement taking place.

Accordingly, we anticipate giving purchasers notice of the registration of the strata plan and an occupation certificate in approximately 3 weeks. We note that settlements will proceed following that notice in accordance with the terms of the sale contract."
