Looking pretty, oh so pretty

These days, there seems to be constant change. Every week, a new section of scaffolding comes off and reveals more of the finished product. Moving date of July is starting to feel real.

Welcome any comments of what people think.

  1. Hi Elana, thanks for the update. Have u received any updates from the developer about the move in date? I thought it was going to be during the queens birthday long weekend in June, but you have mentioned July in the blog. Just thought I'll clarify.

  2. In their final newsletter update in January 2015, the developer said the apartments would be delivered in July 2015. Here is an extract:

The scaffolding will be removed revealing
much of the building by late March, but
the ‘external skin’ or façade has already been
revealed for the first time, along the building’s
southern elevation. A lot of time and effort has
been expended by Grimshaw Architects and
our construction design & management team
to ensure this building will be the landmark
it deserves to be in this gateway location.
In further news, it is advised that immediately
following our last newsletter in June 2014,
the two remaining penthouse apartments were
exchanged, meaning the building was sold out
approximately 12 months prior to completion.
We thank our marketing team Rare Identity
and agents CBRE for all of their hard work in
    achieving this fantastic goal!
As delivery of the completed apartments is now
expected by July 2015, this will likely be our
    last construction update.
Ceerose will be launching a new website in
March, and releasing new projects to market in
Willoughby and Leichhardt by mid year, with
information available through our new website
as soon as it is available. Thank you for your
continued interest in Ceerose related news.

  4. Hi Graham, thanks a lot for sharing this. We have been struggling to get the developers to send the newsletter to us. Haven't even received a single one. Thank you for sharing the extract, is there any other relevant information in the newsletter? If its not too much trouble would u be able to share it? Thanks again.
