'Darling Harbour Live' is the consortium appointed by the NSW Government to redevelop Darling Harbour. They regularly release newsletters to keep local residents up to date, and more infromation can be found linked here.
There's an interesting video called 'Darling Harbour Live Flythrough' which shows what the site will look like when it's finished, and HM is only a few minutes away. There'll never be a shortage of things to do in the area.
