Apartment sale in Harbour Mill
We might see a few more apartment sales as settlement approaches, from people who speculated on a price rise before paying in full.

ReplyDeleteIf my memory serves me right, I think corner 2 bedders which are bigger than this one on levels 7-8 sold for around $840k back in 2012... No surprises here - the market has grown a lot over the last 3 years!
